I am passionate about helping people live the lives THEY desire

We have beliefs that are generated in early childhood and as a result they exert a huge influence over our behavior and relationships.

Family members are instumental in impacting a childs future and  I feel honoured to help parents and children devolop strengh, resilence and connection.

My passion is helping those who have had negitive experiences in their childhood and early lives 

I would love to have the opportunity to show you that they you truely matter and through utilising Schema Therapy and EMDR techniques to help empower you to create a positive future for themselves

The meaning of life according to Viktor Frankl “lies in finding a purpose and taking responsibility for ourselves and other human beings.

By letting go of things that don’t really matter, we are able to step forward with greater energy and compassion. I believe the promotion of well-being and the creation of a rewarding life filled with positive relationships and accomplishments are the essential qualities I would like to foster in others.

I offer a non-judgemental space for others to share their story, because really at the end of the day we all want to be the best we can.

Jessica Vahdat - Psychologist

Philosophy. I decided to become a psychologist after realising that effective social change requires the participation of every person on the planet. I view my role as your psychologist as one which supports you to better understand yourself, recognise your strengths and resources, identify what is slowing your growth and supporting you to work towards living the life you want to live.

Approach. I integrate research related to biological, social and psychological factors that contribute to mental health, and draw on a range of models and approaches to try and understand what you are facing and how I can assist you to overcome those challenges. I place great emphasis on creating an open and trusting relationship with my clients.
